"During four days, in the city of Valencia (Spain), Econcult hosts Trans-making Spring Academy – Enacting cultural democracy: the location of narratives. València Spring Academy has as main objective to design, reflect and share a common language on the role of culture and creativity in social and economic innovation processes and the construction of a new citizenship from the contributions of cultural agents and citizenship. The prospect is crossing visions looks beyond Europe to synthesize and co-create the mission of Europe in a globalized world. It will be open to the whole participants of the consortium and beyond, promoting an on going collective research for built-up narratives and design next collective steps. In doing so it will bring academic and non-academic partners of Trans-Making together with potential international partners from Asia and leading València’s arts organisations, cultural & creative SMEs, local and regional policy makers and UV students."
